How long does order processing take?
We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.
Can I track my order?
Yes! For Standard Shipping via DHL or FedEx, we provide tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Free Shipping via EMS may have limited tracking capabilities depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
